With state-of-the-art kitchen facilities on site, we
offer packages with both Paramount Events and
Truffleberry Market to meet your unique catering
needs.

 

Our event kitchen offers a seasonal & elevated culinary program by utilizing our on-site greenhouse and talents from our chefs with Michelin Star restaurant experience. Using ingredients and produce to prepare each dish just steps from its point of service, our talented culinary team provides innovative and fresh cuisine for each occasion.

Our Greenhouse

 

The Lakewood’s all natural and fresh cuisine is largely sourced from our on-site greenhouse. With diverse ingredients and spices growing just around the corner, each event at The Lakewood is provided with year-round fresh produce unrestrained by Chicago’s infamous climate.  Our fresh ingredients allow us to take your custom menu to the next level and create an experience beyond what is expected in food and event service.

Our extensively trained service staff ensures all runs smoothly during the event itself. Trained directly on-site, staff at The Lakewood is never outsourced and always held to a professional standard dedicated exclusively to your event.

Additional Spaces

The Lakewood offers ideal off-site workspace for your next training session, workshop, social event, or business meeting.

 

Two distinct rooms styled with modern, clean, and chic decor are built to accommodate every one of your needs. Both spaces are also equipped with televisions, full A/V support, music, WiFi, and on-site catering available through Paramount Events. Access to a kitchenette area, coat closet, private entrance, and restrooms are also available with each space.

Use the spaces how you like. Rent them for a few hours or an entire day. Each is available separately or packaged together.

 

ROOM ONE offers capacity for 8 guests and boasts large windows, a white marble conference table, a private bar, and full A/V capabilities.

 

ROOM TWO holds up to 16 guests and is decorated with couches, work tables, and full A/V capabilities.
